1. There is no electricity bill in Libya; electricity is free for all its citizens.2. There is no interest on loans, banks in Libya are state-owned and loans given to all its citizens at 0% interest by law.

Unrest in Libya is at its peak, killing of hundreds or thousands of civilians no one knows exactly. Unlike what happened in Egypt Crisis Libyan ruler, Col Muammar Qaddafi not interested in giving his powers to peoples of Libya Ordering Libyan Army to crackdown the protest without any mercy. Global powers looking the impact of this crisis on global economics, Libya is full with natural resources and this crisis will impact in increase in natural resources prices like petrol, gas, oil etc.
Different Human Rights Organizations raised their voices against the violence and bloodshed in Libya. Government has lost control on many areas of Libya. Government Functions are heavily disturbed and many of Government Officials resigned from their posts.
It is still to be decided that what role international community would play to cool down the situation in libyah as like they did in Current Political situation Egypt in recent past.
