Struggle of pakistani nation has come to an end with the decision of 16 March by Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani to Restore Judges(including Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary & Other Judges) to perform their duties without a fresh oath. Lawyers, political activists and civil society celebrated the day as a new opening of justise & equality in the country. It will be a check on the Government temper which help stopping them to take strange decisions, with a hope that it might deliever something atleast to the people of pakistan, and we might see real clear politics "STOP EXPECTATION and BRING the CHANGE"

lawyers rally came to an end with claims to have the largest gathering in the history of Islamabad with 2-3 lacks of peoples reach infront of parliment house for the reinstatement of Judges. But the result are same as predicted by many observers and analysts, Lawyer are now looking to change the style of protest to continue the pressure on government but still we are nowhere near the solution as demand by lawyer to restate judiciary as it were on 2 November. Let see how much success they get in the next face of there movement and how come they reunit the groups who were little disappointed after the Long March. look to me that no revolution can change the shadow of darkness. My perception should be wrong.

After the attack on mehman agency where many pakistanis including 11 army man killed local taliban vowed to raise a militia to help Pakistan's army defend the border with Afghanistan. This is not the first time that we have seen these kind of attacks on paistani soil but the difference is only the so called democratic government elected through votes pledge before election that we would not allowed anyone to strike our land and now whats happening, NATO troop striking NATO's Secret Armies: Operation GLADIO and Terrorism in Western Europe (Contemporary Security Studies)every day or two, there aircraft is free to fly anywhere in pakistan and kill whoever they want. where is our soveranity, whom we going to beg for our life? why to make an army? Is this how atomic powers react? Yes this is so because we have the most currupted politicians to rule us, coward army who can only fight with weaks, capitalists sucking the blood and capturing the resources of our nation, Upper class not wanted to share a single rupee with poor.
The peace agreement will not be lasted in such conditions where NATO forces are striking on our border areas and US officials already told that all these Peace talk will be ended soon. We have to identify our real enemy and ask nation to stand against them or else we will be doomed by the slow poison of economic, judicial, social and national crises.

After the conduction of comparatively free, fair and peaceful election, which was very unlikely but thanks to immense pressure by the judiciary, civil society, media and other peoples from inside and out side the country.
After the success of pakistan peoples party (Complete Election Result of 2008)in the Election 2008, most likely formated government will be an alliance between PML(N), PPPP, ANP. There are peoples talking about the efforts going on to pressurise PPPP to make alliance with PML(Q), MQM and ANP.
Government on the other hand throughing everycard they have from cases in the swiss court to NRO(National Reconciliation Ordinance) for building strong pressure on Asif Ali Zardari.
President of the lawyers bar association in the press conferance announced the continuation of the protest for the restoration of judiciary unless the judges restored on the 3rd November position. Otherwise, there will be a strong protest against the newly government on the roads.

Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Founder of Islamic republic of Pakistan Born on 25th of Dec 1876 in karachi, He was a very influencial character started his career as a lawyer and later join Congress Leaque and after when differences came our in the ideology and he judges that Muslims and Hindus have two different Identity, Ideology, Culture and Religion.
He had made every effort before came with that statement that Muslim of India should have place where they can live freely and act freely. So He had started after joining All India Muslim League to support this theory. Muhammmad Ali Jinnah stated on 1940 which is known as Two Nation theory, He said while Addressing on 23rd March " "It is extremely difficult to appreciate why our Hindu friends fail to understand the real nature of Islam and Hinduism. They are not religious in the strict sense of the word, but are, in fact, different and distinct social orders; and it is only a dream that the Hindus and Muslims can ever evolve a common nationality. This misconception of one Indian Nation has troubles and will lead India to destruction if we fail to revise our notions in time. The Hindus and Muslims belong to two different religious philosophies, social customs, literatures. They neither intermarry nor interdine together and, indeed, they belong to two different civilizations which are based mainly on conflicting ideas and conceptions. Their aspect on life are different. It is quite clear that Hindus and Mussalmans derive their inspiration from different sources of history. They have different epics, different heroes, and different episodes. Very often the hero of one is a foe of the other and, likewise, their victories and defeats overlap. To yoke together two such nations under a single state, one as a numerical minority and the other as a majority, must lead to growing discontent and final destruction of any fabric that may be so built for the government of such a state.”

There was a letter written by Jinnah to Churchill in 1946 See Below

Muslim State came on the face of earth called "Pakistan" on 14th of August 1947 under the supervision of our Quaid Mohammad Ali Jinnah. He famously advised the highest body in the land:
"If we want to make this great State of Pakistan happy and prosperous we should wholly and solely concentrate on the well-being of the people, and especially of the masses and the poor... you are free- you are free to go to your temples mosques or any other place of worship in this state of Pakistan. You may belong to any religion, caste or creed that has nothing to do with the business of the state... in due course of time Hindus will cease to be Hindus and Muslims will cease to be Muslims- not in a religious sense for that is the personal faith of an individual- but in a political sense as citizens of one state"

Asian Human Rights Commission - Press Releases The Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) urges upon the government of Pakistan to disclose the names of judges, lawyers, journalists, human rights activists and political workers that are continuing to be detained under the emergency rule.
The names of the detainees and the places where they have been detained, which are minimum requirements in the UN’s Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, have not been readily available to detainee’s families. Of the 3,500 lawyers reported to have been arrested and detained only around 500 judges and lawyers were identified. "Without the names of detainees and place of detention, they would be at the mercy of the security forces taking them into custody. They could torture, kill, make them disappear and nobody would know," said Baseer Naveed, senior researcher for South Asia desk.

Some peoples asked why not we get these kind of chances to become billionaires, why not we have assets all around the world for backup, are we not nationalist or loyal to nation. Talking about Deal, i would like to share comments in form of some questions asked in the article below by a common pakistanis on the topic "Will the SC verdict pave the way for a smooth and peaceful transition to democracy?" on theNews.

comment:1 "Nothing will happen for democracy and common man. Giving Bhutoo/Zardari a pass of billions of Dollars by bringing Ordinance is one of the big moral crimes committed by any government in this era. In the USA and West politicians' whole career eliminated just for smaller corruption of even $500. Officials go behind the bars for accepting international travel. For God sake the whole poor people have been deprived of billions of Dollars just for 30 politicians. These 30 politicians should be banned from politics forever and put behind the bars. Why not Pakistani government never used its influence on US and British Governments, FBI and CIA to investigate that how come Bhutto, Zardari showing $3000 per year of average income for the last 30 years, have accumulated so much of wealth? Can Musharraf, any General, CJ of SC, any lawyer, or any brave person can ask West and the USA to investigate these international thieves from all parties? The people of Pakistan have to defeat them in elections and bring them to justice. I pray to Allah that if these people are real looters, then why Allah does not catch them. Where are our ‘activist lawyers and judges’ who are supporting Aitzaz Ahsan of PPP, who is like a partner in the crime? Shame on the government and all those, who negotiated with PPP--Allah will never leave you alone for giving relief to the looters of poor Pakistani people."

comment:2 "When the parliament consisting of about 450 members cannot guarantee the interest of the country protected, how do you expect a court consisting of 15 members will watch and protect the interest of the country?"

comment:3 "This is so absurd by some of the commentators that Supreme Court verdict is not acceptable. Supreme Court can only translate the law, which are made by the parliament. The other point I want to mention here is where in the constitution it says that the parliament cannot elect President twice in five years especially, which is completing its term? If the outgoing parliament can pass an amendment in the constitution in its dieing days for the rest of life of the country, then why it cannot elect President twice? Do not compare Europe /America's public with our educated people, as our so-called educated are the worst than the illiterate of any country."

comment :4 "I would like to point out after years Pakistan has reached some level of recognition. The present situation is pathetic, where our country's lawyers are acting like lunatics, ranting and raving once again. They should be reminded that a country does not move forward or establish itself on the verdict of the lawyers especially, not our country's, as they do not seem to know what they want, sometimes they fight for their kind and sometimes against their own."
