Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Founder of Islamic republic of Pakistan Born on 25th of Dec 1876 in karachi, He was a very influencial character started his career as a lawyer and later join Congress Leaque and after when differences came our in the ideology and he judges that Muslims and Hindus have two different Identity, Ideology, Culture and Religion.
He had made every effort before came with that statement that Muslim of India should have place where they can live freely and act freely. So He had started after joining All India Muslim League to support this theory. Muhammmad Ali Jinnah stated on 1940 which is known as Two Nation theory, He said while Addressing on 23rd March " "It is extremely difficult to appreciate why our Hindu friends fail to understand the real nature of Islam and Hinduism. They are not religious in the strict sense of the word, but are, in fact, different and distinct social orders; and it is only a dream that the Hindus and Muslims can ever evolve a common nationality. This misconception of one Indian Nation has troubles and will lead India to destruction if we fail to revise our notions in time. The Hindus and Muslims belong to two different religious philosophies, social customs, literatures. They neither intermarry nor interdine together and, indeed, they belong to two different civilizations which are based mainly on conflicting ideas and conceptions. Their aspect on life are different. It is quite clear that Hindus and Mussalmans derive their inspiration from different sources of history. They have different epics, different heroes, and different episodes. Very often the hero of one is a foe of the other and, likewise, their victories and defeats overlap. To yoke together two such nations under a single state, one as a numerical minority and the other as a majority, must lead to growing discontent and final destruction of any fabric that may be so built for the government of such a state.”

There was a letter written by Jinnah to Churchill in 1946 See Below

Muslim State came on the face of earth called "Pakistan" on 14th of August 1947 under the supervision of our Quaid Mohammad Ali Jinnah. He famously advised the highest body in the land:
"If we want to make this great State of Pakistan happy and prosperous we should wholly and solely concentrate on the well-being of the people, and especially of the masses and the poor... you are free- you are free to go to your temples mosques or any other place of worship in this state of Pakistan. You may belong to any religion, caste or creed that has nothing to do with the business of the state... in due course of time Hindus will cease to be Hindus and Muslims will cease to be Muslims- not in a religious sense for that is the personal faith of an individual- but in a political sense as citizens of one state"

Pakistan currently is going onward? How much truth is in this sentence no one knows. But Pervez Musharraf is definately got which no politician in pakistan ever got, Yes
I am talking about 8 years of rule and still he succeed in his plan for 5 more year of rule. If i remember corectly some politicians from Muslim leaque(Q) were talking about possible alliance there can be for next government. But they cant believe APDM can Boycott the coming election, According to my views if the public pressure build in before election then All parties remain Stick on there decision of a boycott. PPP and fazul-ur-rahman remain not interested in APDM decisions, they should look for Pakistan instead of there own Political intrests and personal gains. Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry and Justice Wajihuddin Ahmed and Peoples from civil society urged Pakistan's political parties not to take part in election under such conditions.
It will be very difficult for pervez musharraf to clear the reservations of the opposition parties. Some observers thinks that we should look forward, forget independant judiciary, they says media should be in limit under government idealogy. Look we are in 3rd phase of Democracy under President Pervez Musharraf vision of Democracy, Here we are going to waste millions of rupees in election to form a parliament which can be desolve anytime by president without any explainations. There will not be any voting against President Pervez Musharraf decisions under parliment. Same as we saw issues discussed in the last parliment which has completed his tenure, There will be no independant judiciary to give justise to anyone, it will more likely to be working as one of the president's Office, Is this what
pervez musharraf called Ideal Democracy where there is no check and balance over President of pakistan. If there is a ragging in the coming Election, no institution will gave justise to any political party. Another Point in favour of not lifting Emergency is we cant have accountability and debates to discuss wrong policies adobted by previous Government.

Interesting to see flexibility from president camp, first welcoming Benazir to participate in the election and after that Nawaz Sharif got an opertunity and worm welcome in the punjab. After 4 days dead-line given by APDM to the Government, next meeting will be held on 29 Nov, But no hard lines likely to be come from any opposition party except Pakistan Tahreeq-e-Insaf of Imran Khan who had already boycott the Election. Few other parties also has oppose to take part in the general election. If Free and fair election, Independent election comission, restoration of judiciary including CJ Iftakar Mohammad Choudary, Desolving system of local government, Independent caretaker govenment and Independent Media are the similar demands from all the parties, then why can't they conduct APC (All PArties Conference) to make one voice? Are they remembering the promises which they keep repeating all the time. What about all the suffering by Judiciary, Lawyers movement, Media, Civil society and Common man. Will politicians keep eating all the apples alone again? They should not thrust for power. After all its Allah's will which decide what next is about to come. Our boarder are in fire, our peoples (both in army and tribes) are killing each other and no one can even talk about it except in the favour of Government bacause its Emergency, Ohh Allah what are we doing, Do we not have a single sensible man to think beside his own rule in this Country? I think Justise Wajih-ud-din is a wise man and he had urged all political parties not to take part in Election under current situation.

Asian Human Rights Commission - Press Releases The Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) urges upon the government of Pakistan to disclose the names of judges, lawyers, journalists, human rights activists and political workers that are continuing to be detained under the emergency rule.
The names of the detainees and the places where they have been detained, which are minimum requirements in the UN’s Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, have not been readily available to detainee’s families. Of the 3,500 lawyers reported to have been arrested and detained only around 500 judges and lawyers were identified. "Without the names of detainees and place of detention, they would be at the mercy of the security forces taking them into custody. They could torture, kill, make them disappear and nobody would know," said Baseer Naveed, senior researcher for South Asia desk.
