Dr Aafiah Siddiqui has been prison by US Court for 86 years, In According to the judgment by US Federal Court Judge Richard Berman who order in the case of killing American soldier and F.B.I. agents in custody, on July 18, 2008, prosecutors said, Ms. Aafiah Siddiqui use M4 rifle to kill those Americans. But in reality those soldiers fired at Aafiah, she never fired at them. There was also contradiction in witnesses statement.
Dr Aafiah refused to appeal any further, Sister of Dr Aafiah Siddiqui, Fauzia Siddiqui said its a shame to all Muslim rulers specially Pakistan Government who promised plenty of time the save return of Aafiah Siddiqui to her mother land.
Dr Aafiah was suffers from a genuine mental disorder, and is incompetent to stand trial, she was badly torture in prison.
